Simon

I began my Estate Agency career back in 2006 and have worked through the roles of Trainee Negotiator to Branch Manager. Most of my career has been spent in and around Bristol and I have also worked in Plymouth and most recently in Central London. I am delighted to now be focusing my energy on the desirable BS5 area. Putting myself in the clients shoes and acting in their best interests is very important to me.

When I’m not working, I’m often working on improving my own home, or listening to music and enjoying various sports which include playing Padel locally or supporting Bristol Flyers Basketball team.

Jess

I started my career in Estate Agency with Holbrook Moran in 2022, and am very passionate about my role, I have progressed to office Valuer and continue to enjoy buildings relationships with people and love delivering great customer service to all our clients. I am a happy, reliable person and try to give my best in everything I do.

In my spare time, If I’m not working on renovating my own house, I really love to travel and go out with my husband, friends, and family.

Chloe

Working in estate agency since 2021, I bring energy, professionalism, and a people-first approach to every property journey. Whether helping clients find their dream home or guiding them through the sales process,  I am passionate about making the buying and selling experience smooth and stress-free.

In my spare time I loves spending quality time on days out or holidays with friends and family — all while juggling the wonderful chaos of mum life!

Bradley

I’m a Sales Negotiator with Holbrook Moran, where I’ve built strong relationships with clients and gained valuable experience in the local property market. With a background in customer service, I focus on making the buying and selling process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about cars and enjoy spending time on the golf course—both are great ways for me to relax and recharge.

Lois

I’m a Sales Negotiator, new to the estate agency world but excited to be learning the ropes. I’m all about keeping things friendly and straightforward, making sure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me showjumping horses or planning my next trip away.

Mandy

I have over two decades of experience in lettings and have worked with Holbrook Moran since we originally opened in 2001. As the lettings manager combined with years of working in the BS5 area, I have built up long-standing relationships with both my tenants and landlords. I enjoy the challenge of overseeing the smooth running of a busy lettings department. 

In my spare time, I enjoy walking my two dogs, listening to music and adding to my ever-expanding collection of boots!

Anna

I am a Lettings Negotiator in the ever-popular area of Redfield and started my lettings career with Holbrook Moran in 2021! I enjoy the fast paced environment of lettings, and the great connections that can be built between tenants and landlords. I have many years’ experience in customer service behind me, and take pride in providing an exceptional level of customer service to people from all backgrounds of life. Being born in BS5, I have fantastic knowledge of the area!

Outside of the office, I enjoy experimenting with cooking, and you’ll find me spending time with friends and family.

Patty

I started working with Holbrook Moran in 2020 assisting clients with their mortgage applications. I have more than five years’ experience as a mortgage and protection adviser and also qualified as an equity release adviser in 2019.

I studied for a degree in social sciences at the University of Bath and have a vast estate agency experience which has proved extremely useful in my current role. I offer a comprehensive service ensuring clients have a full understanding of the buying or re-mortgaging process in the UK.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my two young daughters, husband and our dog Coco.

Deborah

Having worked in property since 2003, throughout Bristol and surrounding areas, I have specialised in the legal aspects since 2022. I thrive on delivering great customer service, listening to the needs of any potential client and finding the best solutions for them. I believe in trying to help all parties work together to achieve the best outcome for all involved.

Outside of work I love to travel in our family motorhome with my husband, daughter and Maltipoo Bertie. I also have a keen passion for ancient history and love to visit historic sites.
