Anna

I am a Lettings Negotiator in the ever-popular area of Redfield and started my lettings career with Holbrook Moran in 2021! I enjoy the fast paced environment of lettings, and the great connections that can be built between tenants and landlords. I have many years’ experience in customer service behind me, and take pride in providing an exceptional level of customer service to people from all backgrounds of life. Being born in BS5, I have fantastic knowledge of the area!

Outside of the office, I enjoy experimenting with cooking, and you’ll find me spending time with friends and family.

Patty

I started working with Holbrook Moran in 2020 assisting clients with their mortgage applications. I have more than five years’ experience as a mortgage and protection adviser and also qualified as an equity release adviser in 2019.

I studied for a degree in social sciences at the University of Bath and have a vast estate agency experience which has proved extremely useful in my current role. I offer a comprehensive service ensuring clients have a full understanding of the buying or re-mortgaging process in the UK.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my two young daughters, husband and our dog Coco.

Jess

I started my Sales Negotiator role in our friendly office here in Redfield in 2022, having always had an interest in Estate Agency, I thought I would take the plunge from accounts to this exciting, new role. I really enjoy building relationships with people and love helping in anyway I can. I am a happy, reliable person and try to give my best in everything I do.

In my spare time, If I’m not working on renovating my own house, I really love to travel and go out with my husband, friends, and family.

Simon

I began my Estate Agency career back in 2006 and have worked through the roles of Trainee Negotiator to Branch Manager. Most of my career has been spent in and around Bristol and I have also worked in Plymouth and most recently in Central London. I am delighted to now be focusing my energy on the desirable BS5 area. Putting myself in the clients shoes and acting in their best interests is very important to me.

When I'm not working you may find me cycling on the Bristol to Bath cycle path, or listening to music and enjoying various sports which include supporting the Bristol Flyers Basketball team.

Mandy

I have over two decades of experience in lettings and have worked with Holbrook Moran since we originally opened in 2001. As the lettings manager combined with years of working in the BS5 area, I have built up long-standing relationships with both my tenants and landlords. I enjoy the challenge of overseeing the smooth running of a busy lettings department. 

In my spare time, I enjoy walking my two dogs, listening to music and adding to my ever-expanding collection of boots!

Evie

I am a Senior Sales Negotiator working at the Redfield Branch on Church Road. Although only having joined Holbrook Moran in the winter of 2022, I have 2 years of experience selling properties in the local area. I have the knowledge and understanding of the process and this, combined with my passion for property, means that I can provide the support and advice necessary to buy and sell effectively. I am a capable valuer and sales progressor of the homes we regularly sell.

In my spare time, I love to walk my dog, Jess all over Bristol, spend time cooking for friends and family and make the most of all that our wonderful city has to offer culturally!

Chloe

I am a Sales Negotiator at our exciting Fishponds branch, having not long started my career in estate agency. I bring a good deal of experience from a prior customer facing role where I had worked for four years. I have a can-do proactive approach, take pride in providing exceptional service while keeping both vendors and buyers updated and supported at all times. I am born and bred in Bristol and know the local area well. I am now learning to value homes as my next step in my career.

Outside the office I love meeting friends and really enjoy my holidays particularly in hot countries!

I am an experienced estate agent and very much enjoy my role at Holbrook Moran as a Senior Negotiator having been in this exciting industry for just over four years now. I offer first class customer service and with my background in fast paced estate agency, much enjoy working to deadlines and exceeding expectations. I am a competent valuer and then sales progressor of the homes we regularly sell

In my spare time I like to cook, read and travel and particularly enjoy family time at home.

My Estate Agency career began some thirty years ago, most of this has been in and around the Bristol market covering all aspects of Residential sales from flats to large country homes.

I am extremely pleased to have such a progressive and ambitious company covering the vibrant Fishponds area, and look forward to handling all manner of enquiries that arise,
But never loosing sight of the strong customer focus already in place within Holbrook Moran.
