Coronavirus Update

With the country now in lockdown, many may be wondering how this will affect their current or future house sale.

The Government have confirmed that the housing market will remain open throughout this period, and house moves will still be able to take place, if you are looking to move you can still attend viewings.

Removal firms and estate agents can still operate,  and tradespeople will be able to enter homes to carry out work, however people outside of your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.

We will be working around the clock to ensure safety, smooth sales, and sterling service no matter what nature throws our way. We will be strictly following the national guidance on moving home safely, we will be keeping a social distance, letting fresh air in where possible and wearing a face covering.
