The rental income achieved from your property is potentially subject to UK income tax. If you require any more information regarding this, contact Holbrook Moran Financial Services or the Inland Revenue.Landlords who reside overseas and let out their UK property are in accordance with the 1995 Finance Act subject to specific taxation rules. Holbrook Moran will need a copy of a tax exemption code from the Inland Revenue, otherwise are obliged as an agent to retain income tax on your behalf which will be deducted from the rent.
