Fee Structure	50% of the first month’s rent, min of £250	10% Of the monthly rental income + £250 set up fee.

Property marketed on two websites and local papers, all applicants fully referenced, contracts and standing orders prepared, First months rent and Deposit collected and statement of account sent	, Plus rent collection, quarterly inspections, day to day management, and informing utility companies/ local council.
